Sally is a young woman who performs at the Kit Kat Club. Clifford is a young American writer who has just arrived in Berlin. Together they end up living in a boarding house, where Clifford falls in love with Sally and her way of life. But, with the rise of the Nazi party, can this world of glitter last?
