Discover RiseNY on Times Square

Upon entering, you will pass seven different areas, each with its theme: Finance, Skyline, TV/Radio, Fashion, Music, Broadway, and Film. You can decide for yourself how much time you spend here. In the areas, you will learn more about how these themes shaped the city and how they are still important today. When visiting RiseNY, you can have a seat on the Friends couch, see different Broadway clothing and learn all about the history of New York.

Flight over New York

At the end of the experience, in my opinion, you arrive at the most fun part: a flight simulation over New York. Take a seat in the theatre and let yourself be flown through New York. The huge screen, which you will not see at first, has a diameter of 12 metres, surrounding you 180 degrees. It shows images in 8K. The moving seats give you the impression that you are flying through the city. Wind, fog, and smells make the ride even more realistic. You can compare it to an IMAX experience.

Eric’s Tip: When in New York, a visit to Times Square should not be missed. If you want to spend more time in this area, learn something about New York, and/or if the weather is unpleasant and you are looking for an indoor activity, RiseNY is a good option. You can spend an hour of your time here and experience New York differently. The best time to visit RiseNY is during the week, as the queues are shorter than on weekends.
