You’ll meet your guide at the first donut shop, Unregular Bakery, close to Union Square. The doughnut you try here will pleasantly surprise you; I enjoyed it a lot! As you make your way to the next shops on this tour, the guide will tell you about the history and architecture of New York. You’ll walk over Broadway, and pass through Chelsea into Greenwich Village. This area of Manhattan is full of character and old school New York charm. You won’t find tall skyscrapers or hordes of tourists here. Along the way, you can already start looking forward to the tasty treats that are still to come!
The Best Donuts in New York
There are two other doughnut shops to visit before the tour ends at Mah-Ze-Dahr in the West Village. At each location, you receive a sample of the shops’ best doughnut (s). You’ll see and taste each shop’s own style, both in terms of the dough and the special kinds of glaze.
