East Coast Tour by Private Plane

East Coast Tour by Private Plane

Capitol Building Washington New York

Do you want the feeling of luxury without the expensive price tag? Then the East Coast Tour by private plane is definitely something for you. Jet setting from one city to another, staying in three or four star hotels and saving up to $300 on selected attractions sounds too good to be true … but it’s not! This 6 day all-inclusive tour is jam-packed with site-seeing without having to waste precious time on queuing up at the airport for a commercial flight or spending hours on a traditional tour bus. The tour leaves New York very early from either Grand Central Station or Sheraton Tribeca and before you know it you’ll be off to visit Niagara Falls, Toronto, Hershey , Lancaster, Harrisburg and of course Washington D.C. It is one of the most popular East Coast tours that is on offer and as such it sells out quickly.

The Rainbow Bridge and the Niagara Falls

On the first day, while enjoying breakfast on board, you’ll travel on a private plane – with a maximum of 30 passengers – to Niagara Falls. Here you will cross the famous Rainbow Bridge from the United States to Canada where you’ll enjoy great views of the Niagara Falls. You will take a journey on the Maid of the Mist boat, getting up close and personal to the falls – actually feeling the cool mist on your skin. Then you’ll go on to experience the falls from another perspective with Journey Behind the Falls in which you´ll hear the roar and thunder of the falls coming from 13 stories above. Make sure you pack your water proof camera because you are more than guaranteed to get wet! After having dinner you will wind down with an amazing view of the falls at the Sheraton on the Falls.

Visiting Toronto

The second day starts with breakfast at the hotel (included) before you catch a coach ride to Toronto. Here you will visit the CN Tower (an impressive a communications and observation tower) and enjoy a two-hour guided tour of all the sites of Toronto. Thereafter you can go shopping before you visit a local vineyard for winetasting. The day will end with a lovely meal and an overnight at the same Sheraton hotel at Niagara Falls.

Hershey’s Chocolate and the Amish

On day three you will board the private plane and head for Pennsylvania to visit Hershey’s Chocolate where you will be treated to a chocolate tasting. From here, you will head to the Amish Country where you can learn about how the Amish live with no running water or electricity. You will have been fully immersed in the culture by enjoying a traditional Amish Farm Feast Dining Experience.

You will start day four with a breakfast at the hotel and head by coach to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania’s capital. The city is known for its important roles during the American Civil War as well as the Industrial Revolution. While site-seeing you will build up the perfect amount of background information for your next destination – Washington D.C. Arriving by private plane, you will head straight for the White House, Capitol Hill, the Korean and Vietnam War Memorials and of course the Lincoln Memorial. You will end the busy (and probably tiring) day with dinner at the Hilton Hotel in Washington.

Boat Tour to Mount Vernon

Rising bright and early, the fifth day will start by heading towards the Potomac River where you will catch a boat tour towards Mount Vernon, a National Historic Landmark and George Washington’s plantation home. After lunch (not included) you can visit the National Museum of American History and enjoy a guided tour of the many sites of Washington D.C. As Washington D.C. is so incredibly large, and so many sites to see, your final day (sixth) will be packed with visiting the Arlington Cemetery and the impressive National Air & Space Museum before you head home to New York by private plane.
